Birth is a major physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transition. It can go the way you expected or it may have been completely outside of anything you had ever considered. In either scenario, and all of the ones in between, every new family experiences a variety of feelings throughout their pregnancy and birth.

Through guided discussion, reflective writing, and small group sharing, you will have an opportunity to process your birth in safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space.

Join Licensed Therapist Evelyn Gama and Doula Laura Vladimirova to understand and reflect on your birth story. This is a six session series meeting every other week with the option to drop in as needed.

The fee is $30 per session.

A 20% discount will be provided for those who sign up for the full series in advance. Space is limited to provide an intimate setting for all participants.
