COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE SESSIONS AT GRAND STREET HEALING PROJECT
JOIN VANESSA SCORSONE, L.AC, AND REIKI AND SOUND PRACTITIONER KRISTEN SONNTAG FOR AN AFTERNOON OF RESTORATIVE SESSIONS THAT PROMOTE ENERGY FLOW AND COMPLEMENT THE BODY’S NATURAL ABILITY TO HEAL.
Qi, Chi, or Ki refers to the universal vital life force. Whether you are new to acupuncture or if you are treating ongoing issues, these treatments will cultivate and strengthen your own vital source energy.
Traditional Chinese Medicine and the more esoteric traditions of sound and energy healing are harmonious partners. When combined, these disciplines are able to access the natural energetic paths and centers in the emotional and physical bodies to promote total health and balance.
Acupuncture works to balance and move Qi, to disrupt energetic stagnation, and to remove blockages. When Qi is flowing, the systems of the body are able to fully function and thrive. The complementary energies of Reiki and sound allow the client to enter a deeper state of rest and relaxation.
These community-style sessions are approximately 40 minutes each. After a brief consultation and placement of acupuncture needles, you’ll experience a wonderfully restorative mini Reiki session, accompanied by a healing sound treatment of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes.
Appointments are every 15 minutes. Please note your appointment time when checking out.
