Reiki Master Lena Falth invites you to a workshop to activate your energy body and develop your own natural ability to use life force energy to heal yourself and others.
Reiki energy therapy is an ancient and profoundly simple system of hands on healing that harmonizes and balances the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
You will receive a series of sacred Reiki Attunements that will immediately trigger Reiki energy to emanate from your hands. This healing flow of life energy will always be available to you, and increases in intensity through continued use.
Reiki rapidly brings you to a deep state of rest and tranquility. You will learn to use it as a self-care technique to reduce your anxiety, stress, tension and pain.

This is an experiential workshop that will teach you lifetime tools to reach a deep state of relaxation and transformation. You will also learn Reiki treatment methods so that you can perform Reiki on others.
We will learn about the human energy system and its corresponding anatomy, as well as concepts of energy medicine. An optional follow-up Reiki workshop will be offered to develop and deepen the skills that you have learned.
