This style of Pilates Mat class is suitable for all levels and ages. Props such as thera-bands, balls and magic circles are utilized to achieve a sense of spring-like push-pull and resistance within the body. This 65 minute class is comprised of the essence of Joseph Pilates' original 34 mat exercises, along with breathing and stretching activities, visual and meditation cues and actions intended to lengthen your muscles, relieve your joints, open your organs, give clarity to your spine and to strengthen your bones spirit and integrity.
