BODY: Gentle yoga that we practice in this retreat will be a variation of sun salutations which you can practice daily in the new year. Finding movements as our prayers and to connect with the sun energy in the morning is a great ritual you can bring in to set intentions for the day. And through restorative poses, we release what no longer serves us to create more space for the new greater energies to flow in.
MIND: Planets are like our outer Chakras, the unseen but profound energy bodies. They are powerful guiding forces we can tap in to create changes in our lives. We will discuss the overall energy of the new year, especially focusing on the first few months up to the Spring equinox since a lot of big shifts are happening then. In the world of tarot, 2023 is an auspicious year connected to the victorious Chariot card. It’s also connected to the Tower card, so we will discuss how we can tap into these energies to manifest the wildest dreams to come true. You will also find your own personal tarot card for the new year.
HEART: Are you ready to answer the call to be the best version of yourself in 2023? We will tap into our heart & breaths through the Toltec lineage practice taught by Maestro Sergio Magaña Ocelocoyotl, Quetzelcoatl Breathing practice to start the process of deep transformation. We will also tap into the multi-dimensional energy healing through Earth Evolution Reiki symbols, where we will be clearing our heart space in order for our compassion to be the guiding force in our manifestation process.
SPIRIT: Qi Men Dun Jia is one of the many ancient metaphysical practices of China. It was initially used by the emperors and their advisors to plan ahead and manifest abundance. Of all the ancient practices, Qi Men Dun Jia is considered the one which still holds much relevance in terms of applicability in modern times. Through our community work, learn how to tap into the energy of any given situation to create the outcome you desire! Folks are asked to bring: Journal/ notebook Pen/ coloring pencil Easy to move clothing Print out Chinese astrological chart (go to Bazibz.masteryacademy.com to get one) Personal item to add to the collective altar (you will take it back home) Your favorite crystal to program for manifestation (you can also buy one on site) Option - old magazines to use for lunchtime vision board making.

REIKI GODMOTHERS Our Reiki Certification Courses are co-taught by Manu Del Prete and Aki Hirata- Baker using Twin Attuning Method.
