Breathwork: Reset & Release 2024

Close your eyes and take a deep breath. 2023 is coming to a close and it’s time to harness this energy and plant seeds for the coming year! Breathwork is an active breathing technique that will guide and connect us to our energy and hearts. Through our breath we will tap into our nervous system, release toxins from the body, encourage emotions to come up and offer deep healing. We will set our intentions and step into 2024 with clarity.
