✨ There are props for your comfort at the event space. However, feel free to bring your own items (e.g.

eye pillow, yoga mat, blanket) to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

✨ Please wear comfortable clothing.

✨ Please bring a paper, pen or journal to do a journaling exercise.

✨ Have water on hand.

✨ Please feel free to bring your favorite crystals to work with.
