& GROWTH AS WE SHARE THIS HEALING PRACTICE WITHIN OUR WORLDS.

Our Reiki Circle begins with introductions and discussion. As human channels for Reiki energy, it is so important to be able to honor this part of our spirit and have a safe place to talk about our experiences and stay connected to each other.

The theme for April's gathering is connecting to our Inner Child. Through guided meditation we'll tap into the vibrant energy and intuitive power of our younger selves, and learn to honor and integrate the passage of time into our beings. In future meet-ups we’ll explore ways to heal our birth places and ancestral lineages.

After a guided meditation and self-Reiki, we’ll break out into pairs to exchange 20-minute Reiki treatments. This is an opportunity to evolve our practices and ask questions in a supportive, nurturing group. This is also a chance to receive a treatment, which we don’t often get to do.

Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a notebook and pen, and water/tea to stay hydrated. Blankets, mats, eye pillows, and light snacks are provided.
