After over a decade of studying and teaching many forms of yoga, Jen dedicated herself solely to the practice and teachings of Kundalini Yoga in 2013. A recent new mother, Jen has devoted most of her time to pre & post-natal Kundalini yoga studies and is excited to share this with other moms. She whole-heartedly believes in the profound transformation and power of Kundalini yoga, as it is what has kept her life bountiful, beautiful and blissful.
